If you are moving into a condo, ask the building manager if there is a condo building app as people in the building can and will post things for sale there. Last tip where I found some cool stuff is from Ready Set Recycle where they occasionally have sales of TV and Film props including furniture. It’s a hit or miss as it’s totally dependent on what show they have stuff from and when they get stuff but I have gotten some great accent pieces from the first couple of seasons of The Boys. I'm moving to Toronto in a few weeks and I've started looking at Facebook Marketplace to find the prices of bed frames and couches. However, if I search "couch" or "bed frame" or even "moving sale", probably 95% of the listings are ads for what I think are furniture companies? They're posted from different accounts but they have similar descriptions, like I've seen the one below on several listings, even if they're titled "Moving sale" or made to look like a legitimate listing:
