Looks like the scratches are mainly on the stand, from who knows what brushing against it. As long as it plays fine and you’re happy with the touch, it seems like a good deal. And note that external speakers and a better sound engine can always be added later. More on reddit.com

If the condition is true, yes that’s a great deal. I suggest you ask to visit and test the keys. You don’t need to be an expert, just make sure it stays on and all the keys work properly

Be careful when buying used digital pianos, often people will leave it in the open without a dust cover or near open windows and the damage can be insidious and hard to spot, especially if it has been owned for a long time. On the bright side, digital pianos can be relatively easier to fix even for someone with no knowledge of the internals, there are tons of videos out there on how to repair a P-45 key action. Overall I would say the price is very good. Make sure all the keys are working properly and then you can decide if it's worth it. Personally if the keys are working fine and there are no major external signs of damage I would go for it.
