Flat rate priority and overnight boxes and cardboard envelopes are free. There is a separate area of for-purchase things that includes other size boxes and envelopes with cards and such. Also, tape is not free and they don't tape up boxes so take your own. More on reddit.com

The free boxes are for priority mail only. This package was shipped first class mail which is cheaper.

Just wanted to let others know since I used to have difficulty with having boxes to ship my products with.
It takes around 3 days for them to deliver the boxes, and they're completely free! Some offices also may allow you to pick them up in-store, but you'd have to check out in person since calling doesn't seem to do any good.
