You'd have to send it via registered mail for international tracking for an international letter; that's an extra $19 some dollars. Cheaper than using a flat rate priority mail envelope; first class package service might be the cheapest, but please note, tracking internationally is as spotty as can be. Non-existent in Italy, for example, and maybe 10% of the packages I sent to Spain actually track once it leaves the country. Customs form would be required for package service. More on reddit.com
