Automated USPS phone systems are available 24/7. However, if you want to speak with a live representative, you’ll need to call during business hours: Monday to Friday from 8:00 AM to 8:30 PM ET, and Saturday from 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM ET. Closed on Sundays and public holidays.
Does anyone know the international number for USPS? I sent a package from Australia to the US (which I’ve done successfully many times before) but after the package cleared customs in the US there’s been literally no updates on tracking since the 7th of February, which is a bit ridiculous.
AusPost recommended getting the customer to call USPS to find out what’s happening but as I want this sorted I thought I would just call and see what’s happening, as it was a high value order. Except I’ve been googling for half an hour and called several numbers that don’t work. I know I can email, but I would prefer to talk to a human if possible.
If I can’t contact them, then I have to open up an international case with AusPost, which is fine but I would rather just have an update, especially if it’s close to being delivered.
I am writing from Italy and I've checked USPS website and I didn't find any section where I can chat with some USPS operator for questions. I can only send them email and contact them by phone?
Every time I call USPS customer service I get stuck with a robot menu that gives me NO option to talk with an actual representative. Does anyone know how to talk with the actual customer service?
