We Actually had responses as far out as 3months after the late package was delivered.. Happy Holidays! ... Yeah, I'll probably attempt to call the CS line when they open/before I have to head into work. Last year, I didn't have a problem with just sending a missing mail request to them and it would seem to 'shake loose' the package (though, I did also have delayed responses back similar to your experience) so I was hoping for similar this time.
