I was once in your place, so I tried almost every website builder under the sun. Wix, Squarespace, Google sites, Uxfolio, Wordpress, and webflow. If you’re trying to get hired, Uxfolio probably won’t cut it. It was easy enough to throw together my portfolio site but for me, it didnt allow enough control over the layouts and small details in order to create a really good user experience. I ended up settling on Webflow, which can be a little more difficult to learn if you don’t have any background in programming front end, but the tutorial videos are fantastic, there are good templates if you want to work off one of those, and you can control every single little detail.
