TRY AT YOUR OWN RISK
I am just gonna paste what support guys have told me so that you don't need to e-mail them and get the same response or atleast be ahead of them a bit.
Hey there,
Thanks for reaching out ^ First of all, I'd like to thank you for your patience. I know that this type of issue can be frustrating and even more when you're trying to play a game you like.
This issue you're experiencing it's because of an incompatibility between an implementation in Vanguard (our anticheat feature) and Windows 11, which it's a version of Windows that we currently do not support. If you have TPM 2.0 or Secure Boot disabled, you're not going to be able to launch nor play VALORANT.
So to fix this issue please proceed with the steps below:
To enable secure boot:
Run Settings > Update & Security > Recovery and select Restart now under Advanced startup. From the next screen, select Troubleshoot > Advanced options > UEFI Firmware Settings > Restart to make changes.
To enable TPM version 2.0 (please click the one corresponding to your manufacturer):
I will give the links to them below.(Asus MSI Dell HP (under "How do I enable TPM on my computer?") Lenovo Gigabyte)
NOTE: If you're manufacturer doesn't appear here, please Google it using your manufacturer as a keyword. Example: Asus TPM 2.0.
After doing this, try and see if you can launch/play VALORANT.
If you're not able to do so, most likely you will need to downgrade to Windows 10 but If you're still experiencing issues, please reach out again with the set of logs. You can gather logs by downloading our helpful tool - Riot Repair Tool. [Tool for Windows]
After you run the Riot Repair tool, a .zip file will be created on your desktop. Please attach this file to the support request so we can analyze the information and work on the solution for you.
UPDATE:
Many people are asking me for help. Guys, i really don't know how to solve this one. But I'll list somethings that helped me.

Toggling secure boot enable/disable. I know it sounds redundant but even if u have secure boot turned on and tpm 2.0, try turning ot off and on idk how it works but it works sometimes.

There are some "security keys" section in motherboards or atleast the one i had issue with had this. And whenever i cleared it, it worked. I changed my Laptop and now i don't have this issue but whenever i had this on my old one, i used to clear security keys and enable/disable the secure boot and it worked and stayed like that.
Please note that i do not know what i am doing and i just am listing random shit that just worked. So try these at your own risk.
so i recently got a new laptop and installed valorant i launched the game and to my surprise i got a message saying this version of vanguard requires a tpm level of 2.0 . i tried launching it again and got a different message saying this version of vanguard requires secure boot to be enabled i looked online and found out that i may or may not needed to go into my bios. im not much of a tech person and knowing that im a kid i cant afford a new laptop is there a way on how to do this without a risk of my computer breaking or maybe just an explanation of what tpm and secure boot are i would love to know. (if you would want any images of the error or anything else pls let me know)
the new windows 11 vanguard apparently needs tpm and secure boot enabled which it is and it still wont launch. any suggestions?
