Hi all

I have a varidesk and I knew this issue would come up. I have been using a monitor stand to lift up my keyboard to a higher height. I’m 6’3” and the keyboard part is still a bit too low when I have the varidesk at its highest.

Has anyone found anything to put on the whole keyboard/ mouse part so that my keyboard and mouse can be raised to the same height? Putting it on the monitor stand works but it’s not ideal.

Anyone ever had this problem?

My Varidesk will go up and down, but it won't go above ~42.5 inches anymore. That's a super bummer because I'm 6'3" and am stooping at that height!

Some background: I moved my VariDesk to a different room. After plugging it in and setting everything back up, I realized it was displaying the wrong height. I was able to recalibrate the height reading, so it's now showing the correct height. But it won't go above 42.5"

This is a 48x30 pre-2020 electric standup desk from Varidesk. The one with a control panel with 3 presets, up/down buttons and an S button.

It's clearly not a weight issue - it has the same things on it that were on there before. I have never had a container stop/height limiting setting on there.

Of note: If you call VariDesk for help, they tell you to email them. On their email messaging platform, technical problems isn't even an option for "why contact us" so who knows if I'll ever get an answer there. Their chat function also doesn't work.
