Any tips on how I can use this propane heater without electricity? There’s no information on the unit about a model or wattage. I’m not sure if I would need to continuously have power running to it or just to start it up. My other alternative could be buying a Mr. Heater and connecting it to a bigger tank.

I help maintain a small off-grid cabin. We have a tankless hot water heater that's dying after something like 30 years (fair play to it) and I'm looking for a replacement. I'm not picky about precise temperature regulation, or flow, or any of that stuff. If I can get water that's a little too hot for a bath but not scalding, and enough of it to eventually fill up a bath tub or fill some buckets to wash dishes, that's great. We have a gravity water system but pretty decent water pressure considering.
However! We have limited electricity. Every time I talk to someone about our electric, they're like, huh, wow, that really IS a tiny system. I'd really prefer something that can operate with zero electricity. Maybe a piezo lighter? I keep finding stuff that's advertised as having wi-fi and that's the exact opposite of what I want.
Edit: this needs to be an indoor install. It's already plumbed and ready.
Hello, I'm looking for a heater that does not run on electricity. As far as propane and kerosine, I have never used it, please do not laugh at me, are those safe inside? How do you get the Propane and or Kerosene? What is the cost for the Kerosene or Propane? How easy it it to fill the heater with the liquid? Looking for something affordable. Thank you so much.
