I really would love some type of VB backpack with good storage to use as a diaper bag, however like most of us, I hate the new products out. I was wondering if maybe anyone saw anything on the outlets or out somewhere that would work well

There were a few different styles of actual diaper bags made by VB for a few years. They even had changing pads that came with them and the bags were lined in plastic. I see them all the time on Ebay and Poshmark. Hope this helps!

We recently had our second baby - now in the chaos of 2 under 2 - and desperately needed more room. I upgraded us to the XL Campus Backpack in Performance Twill. I used the Maple + Lark bliss bins and the target clear pencil cases to organize inside. Bliss Bins **we use these in the house for toys and are fantastic for vacation to pack airport bags. Target Pencil Case **these are seasonal. They come out for back to school. We also got the lighten up wipes pouch wipe pouch And the everything organizer for the stroller/car Everything Organizer A few years ago outlet made travel changing pads. They’re no longer online but worth looking for on a resell site. You might even be able to find the original changing pads available there too

My favorite diaper bags were a basic Jansport. Get the Vera Bradley. You can always change your mind later.

With my first we got a big tricked out diaper backpack with 100 pockets that we then proceeded to never use. Instead we used my husband’s small sling camera bag with 2 inner dividers and a couple of zip pockets and it has been great for us! Plan to stick with it for #2 since my first is potty trained now and so doesn’t really ever use anything out of the bag anyway. All that to say I think a Vera Bradley backpack could work really well.

Has anyone used this as a diaper bag? Having a hard time finding a diaper bag backpack I like. This seems the closest option but some of the pockets seem hard for packing baby items? This isn't my first and I don't tend to pack a ton but it does also become my purse for the next 2 years. The back laptop pocket seems mostly useless for my needs but maybe not?

Vera Bradley used to make a diaper backpack you could always find on a resale market. I also used a couple older style backpacks that didn’t have laptop areas for a kid bag for years. I loved being able to throw them into the washer. Sorry no feedback on the Bancroft although you could use the laptop area for diapers and a travel wipe container so the diapers don’t get squished at the bottom.
