I emailed them yesterday and haven't heard back yet. I also called the number the day before that, and left a voicemail which has yet to be returned. Has anyone else had any luck without having spoken to a human being yet? I know some of you succeeded to order over the phone.

I sent an email 2 days ago and have not not received a reply - but I did ask in the email to kindly confirm my order. I am not holding my breath - they are likely overwhelmed and not equipped to be processing orders at this mass level via phone and email. I am doubtful any supplies will be forthcoming soon if ever. Not holding my breath and ordered boxes. The ones they are allegedly supplying don't replace the small flat rate priority which I need for jewelry. My local post office also told me that "No, you cannot use a ground label on a Priority package, it will be returned to sender." I don't know how or why PM would put out a statement that claims the Priority boxes can be used through October 12 for a $5 charge. Lots of very bad info and failure in communication - so I am not risking a lost order or a disappointed customer because of the poorly rolled out policy change.

The email works people, even if you don’t receive a reply back (although I did after my 2nd one). I had a stack of USPS Ground Advantage supplies waiting on my doorstep yesterday. And can I just say: both the poly mailers, and these padded envelopes are really sturdy/thick. The boxes also appear to be thicker. 👍Send that email, get your free shipping supplies.

Don’t get too excited just yet. This is their auto reply. I received one of these on September 9 when I sent in my first request and I still haven’t received packaging or any indication that anything has been sent to me. I have sent a few follow up emails and I have called twice and still have absolutely nothing from them.

I received this email immediately after emailing them..it’s an auto-response. I’m still waiting for further confirmation emails and it has been coming up on 2 weeks since I sent the first order. I couldn’t help but send them another email yesterday and got this same email immediately after. So getting this email sadly does not mean you’ll have your order soon.

Like most sellers, I waited a long time for the new, free packaging to arrive. I finally received my packages but now they won’t stop. I only ordered once and I ordered the minimum quantity for each size (which I’ve already received). But they keep sending me the same packages over and over for the last few weeks. I have a really small Poshmark closet so I don’t need all these. I also don’t have the extra space in my house to store them if this continues… has this happened to anyone else?

I got an extra box of the padded brown paper mailers. I don’t like them so I asked my post office if they wanted them and they were happy to have them bc they said they hadn’t seen them before!
