Has anyone received an email response or confirmation from Victory Packaging after submitting your order? I ordered around 11:30am today. I’m wondering if I was supposed to get a confirmation or if we were all left hanging…
Has anyone had any luck in getting a response by emailing the USPSPoshmark@victorypackaging.com address? We've tried twice now with no response. The Poshmark guide on the new shipping said you can call or email to receive free USPS Ground Advantage shipping supplies, but we literally can't get anyone to talk to us. I'm actually on hold right now (again). At the 30 minutes right now...

GAENV3 on backorder, but at least it’s an acknowledgement.
Like most sellers, I waited a long time for the new, free packaging to arrive. I finally received my packages but now they won’t stop. I only ordered once and I ordered the minimum quantity for each size (which I’ve already received). But they keep sending me the same packages over and over for the last few weeks. I have a really small Poshmark closet so I don’t need all these. I also don’t have the extra space in my house to store them if this continues… has this happened to anyone else?
I requested the new shipping supplies via e-mail on Sept 10. Yesterday, Oct. 6, I received a reply stating that my supplies will be shipped within the next few days. So don't give up hope. I imagine the USPS and the supply company are overwhelmed.
I went to my mailbox to get the mail yesterday and was puzzled to find a large envelope from a company called Victory Packaging. Inside the mailing was ten large USPS Priority Mail tyvek envelopes. There was no other paperwork. No one at my address ordered these envelopes.
The shipment had my complete, correct address. But the recipient was someone named Afnan S***** (last name redacted to comply with /sub rules). I bought my house new from the builder, have lived at my address for 8 years, and no one by that name has ever lived here.
I called the Victory Packaging location this morning and got a voicemail system. Then I did a quick search online and found a couple of other posts by people like me who had similarly received an unexpected shipment of USPS Tyvek mailers out of the blue.
So I'm wondering, what's the scam? Is this just a mistake? It seems weird. There was a PO number on the USPS label on the outside of the envelope so I might try to call Victory Packaging back during business hours to see if I can get some answers or context. Just thought I'd throw this out to the hive mind to see if anyone might have an opinion if this is just a clerical error what (if any) scam is going on here.
Does anyone use the ground packaging that usps provided for Poshmark on sales you make from other platforms(eBay, mercari, depop etc.) if shipping ground as well? I recently went to drop off an eBay sale using that packaging & the employee first scanned the barcode that comes printed on the box & then the tracking. After scanning she said it doesn’t work & that I used the wrong packaging but still somehow eventually accepted it. Now I’m wondering if those barcodes exclusively show it’s for Poshmark tracking or something. Anyone else had this happen?
Well, I called USPS this morning as soon as they opened and was able to submit an order for free Ground Advantage Shipping supplies. For me there was no wait time, and the rep was able to place the order with ease.
Someone already posted what is available, but I also wanted to add that you need to order in increments of 25, with the exception of the polybags which need to be ordered in quantities of 250 minimum (This quantity has apparently been different from representative to representative, mine was likely misinformed about it). There is also a 3rd box option that is 20 inches large (I missed the other diameters of the box, but it's the biggest one they offer).
Here are the other packaging options that smray66 posted over in the poshmark sub:
Box 1: 12 x 12 x 8.5
Box 2: 14 x 7 x 5
(Adding Box 3): 20 x ? x ?
(Edit: Box 3 is 20 1/4" x 14 1/4" x 10 1/2")
Poly Padded Bubble Bag: 12.5 x 9.5
Paper Padded: 14.5 x 20.5
Tyvek bag/Polybag of some kind: 14 x 17
7-10 days to arrive
Also -- my two cents:
USPS seems to be only giving out the ground advantage supplies for use by organizations that they have a negotiated shipping agreement with. This may be why they are not publicly available on the USPS website right now and why they might not end up on there in the future.
The difference is that with the Priority supplies, they are readily available because the post office wants to encourage the general public to upgrade to premium shipping. There's no push for customers to select the economy ground advantage option, so there's no incentivization with access to free supplies for everyone online. This really is just a perk of the contract posh has.
The email works people, even if you don’t receive a reply back (although I did after my 2nd one). I had a stack of USPS Ground Advantage supplies waiting on my doorstep yesterday. And can I just say: both the poly mailers, and these padded envelopes are really sturdy/thick. The boxes also appear to be thicker. 👍Send that email, get your free shipping supplies.
I placed an order online & used the what another person here ordered. Which was 75 for everything & 100 on the polybags but I didn't get my full order. I only got 50 polybags, 10 Padded polybags & 10 larger polybags. Is there a limit on what I can order?
