Two Person Video Podcast Equipment Setup & Staging for In-Person Podcast
You already have the mic setup, why would you double record the audio? You just need the video, you mate the video with the audio in post production. You need something better than a webcam, your phones are probably the best cameras you own unless you have a mirrorless or DSCR. One camera is better than none, but having 2-3 will give you the best look for your podcast. More on reddit.com

Video Podcast setup - is this all?

The comment about lighting is important.

Unless you are going to have someone filming who is going to be actively mixing, I would go for an audio interface and not a mixer. Mixers almost all record to a single stereo track. This is fine for a situation where you pan one channel left and the other right, but essentially mixers are for music recording.

For podcasts or dialog, where you will want separate control of channel audio for post, you should go for an audio interface. And if you are going for dynamic mics, which I think is the right decision, a lot of entry-level interfaces won't have enough clean gain. The cheapest I would consider would be the Audient Evo 4.

What do I need (software, cameras etc) to start a simple video podcast?
Ok heres my thoughts First scrap the blue yeti Get 2 mics and a interface. Now camera wise, You will need 3 cams for 2 people. Center view. One on host. And another on co-host. I saw a suggestion for a camera view switcher, now the problem with that is you need a 3rd person to operate it. So keep man power in mind There are some programs that automatically switch views but I never used one. You also need to assess your recording space, do you need noise reduction. From there, you can decide if you need a dynamic or condenser mic. I use a SM58 as my conditions are Not ideal. Dynamic are better when you have poor conditions in my view but they do not look cool. As for recording programs. You have to decide what you want to use to edit. Down load some free trials. On top of that, you need to figure out lighting. I am Ep 10 into my cast, still figuring and working things out. My best advice is you can’t start out perfect, just start recording Especially you don’t know if your podcast will take off. Podcast Equipment Guide: What I Recommend After 500 Episodes
This setup is more than I need, and it's overdoing it for 95% of podcasters, but after 10 years of podcasting, this is the setup I use in my home office. You can listen to an example of how it sounds on my show, Buzzcast. This mic is admittedly a splurge, but I fell in love with it when my friends Stephen and Marcus started raving about it. It's a beautiful condenser mic that captures studio-quality sound. Two years later, and it's still my favorite mic I've ever used. This is the boom arm that Joe Rogan and other podcasters use for their videos.
