Hey all hopefully someone might know this. I have a viper 2 way alarm and remote start on my civic si. I have been trying to change it from manual mode to automatic mode. I'm aware of the risks but the manual version is borderline unusable. I found a power about switching it but it didn't work and in the process it added garage door functionality to my remote. So now I need to remove that to. Thank you. All comments about how I should do this will be downvoted and ignored

You'll have to look up the install manual for your alarm. It might be slightly different between different alarm modes. For example I have to use the button on the antenna/light by holding it with the ignition on until it chirps three times, then let go and then press it, and then press and hold while using the remote to select either automatic or manual mode. Mine was super easy to find by googling "viper 5606v install guide"
