Ok. I got it to beep after holding vallet button. I got it to beep after holding the single lock unlock on the new fob 4 seconds.... But I get no long beep when I shut it off, and the fob won't work. Owner’s manual in mine says only two fobs can be programmed at any time as a safety precaution. If the Viper fob truly took the place of one of your factory fobs, then I don’t think there’s anything you can do about it. But I don’t know how VIPER works, maybe a question for your local locksmith. More on reddit.com

Not sure if this is the right place to look for help with this but I have a viper remote start that came with my truck and I acquired two spare remotes model number 7145v and I’m trying to pair it but the “Valet” button located on the PKALL box doesn’t seem to be working does anyone know what to do

Does the togle switch change the LED status? Try flipping it within 5 seconds of turning the key to ON.

Hello !
I’m hoping someone might be able to help me if they are familiar with the viper remote starters.
I have a 7756v Model and it for some reason stoped working one day. I have been through the steps many time:
Neutral, brake, handbrake, release foot brake, press command button, and it says “remote start on” but when I turn the key off, the car turns off…when the manual says it should stay running.
Then when I try to press the remote start button after, it flashes 7 times which means the MTS mode isn’t set up. But it won’t even let me set it up in the first place ! Lol
Is there like a factory reset procedure I can perform? I have the antenna receiver at the top of my windshield with the button…maybe that needs to be put to use?
It’s frustrating as it’s very cold here. I’m thinking maybe it doesn’t work because I have a sub and amp connected to the battery? My only possible answer to this as it stopped working after I installed my Apple CarPlay stereo deck and amp and sub.
I hope someone knows a fix!

May seem simple, but make sure your FOB is charged. The system wont activate if the charge is too low. Missed remote starts all last year because I thought the system disconnected somehow lol
