Generating a virtual version of you is incredibly difficult. Especially making it the same fit. Creating metahumans is a complex task that requires a lot of compute power, and often skilled workers to create satisfying real to life results. Just projecting fashion is doable, but mostly for general look, not for the actual fit. There are already simple shoe fitting apps, things that don't rely on an exact fit. If this should be a real thing you would need to create loras when you just work with stable diffusion. Avatars are hard, especially when being made from cheap cell phone cameras. They are getting pretty good, and there are several good clothing libraries/approaches. The field is changing fast. There's been efforts for it and it's still being worked on, but the systems so far have been expensive and finicky (special cameras, must wear skintight clothing, calibration steps, heavy processing power, etc) and the results often aren't precise or reliable for measurements even if they look decent. Then there's the fact that clothes themselves deform when worn, and they also deform the body wearing them and that each clothes item itself requires a parameterized model, size variations, or even a physics model to match (materials deform differently) and even the most basic form would require a lot of effort and money from a business to create, even if it wouldn't work great. I suspect we'll see versions in 2d appear first, rendering the item onto a static image of the customer, but that won't actually tell you how the item fits, just the style.
