There is no such thing as a card with guaranteed instant approval. You getting approved will only depend on your credit profile. Are you going to buy the stuff from Costco in store, or online? While Costco only takes Visa for in store purchases, it does also take Mastercard and Discover online. Unfortunately it does not take any Amex cards at all. If you only care about SUBs, here is a list with cards that currently have best SUBs: https://www.doctorofcredit.com/best-current-credit-card-sign-bonuses/ If you also want a card to use long term at Costco, the US Bank Altitude Reserve is my go to for that. You can pay with a digital wallet at Costco, and that card gives 3x points on that, that you can redeem for 1.5 cents per point against travel purchases (booked directly). So that’s a total of 4.5% cash back. Edit: US Bank is pretty picky, and even if they would approve you in the end, there is a chance they will not do it immediately, so it might not fit your tight timeline. More on reddit.com

First piece of advice, never listen to Credit Karma approval odds or any recommendations provided by CK. What is the source of the credit score you are referencing? You have dozens: https://old.reddit.com/r/CRedit/comments/1bpl3ud/credit_myth_1_you_only_have_one_credit_score/ Is your 5 month old Discover card the only account as seen on your credit reports? If it's not your first account, perhaps you can see your TransUnion Fico 8 score through them. Can you? If it is your first account, it could take another cycle or two before it shows up, as you need to have an account open for 6 months in order to see your first Fico score. Stay away from Citi products until you have at least a year of revolving credit history. For the Capital One cards, go to the Capital One pre approval site and see if you have any offers on the table. Going with a card from them would be perfectly fine as a second in your lineup. Like Discover, Capital One is accepting of thin/young files. More on reddit.com
