This is hands down the worst customer service experience I've had in my life. It took me three attempts over the course of a few weeks to successfully order customized gifts for my cousin. VistaPrint declined my payments twice despite me using a different card each time, neither of which were overdrawn or expired. Finally, I spoke with a customer service representative who was incredibly unhelpful and told me she would call me back in two hours. Of course she never did. So I had to call again later that week and only at that stage, after basically letting them know just how pissed I was did they even lift a finger to help me. Never order from these absolute assholes!

I ordered STDs yesterday, realized I wanted to check something, and the customer support representative automatically found a better promo code for my order and refunded me the difference without me needing to ask. SO helpful!
