It may be that the email provider has made changes in the way they manage things. Look at their web site and write down the settings they recommend. One frequent stumbling block is the use of specific non-standard site-names for IMAP servers. Another is the use of the Entire address: [email protected] rather that just 'Test' account name.

Try to log in by using any email you might have used to register with us. If it doesn’t work, try to log in via Facebook, Google, or Apple ID. You can also sign in with any of your Vista family accounts — Vista, VistaPrint, 99designs.

The email address in your Hover account is used to send renewal notices, password resets, and other important service updates. The backup email can be used to help recover your login should you lose access to your main email address.

If you are unable to reset your password ***** your phone number due to a change in your phone number, there is a possibility to reactivate the old phone number to regain access to your account. Similarly, if you have an old email address listed as a recovery address, you can try to regain access to that email address or phone number to access your account.
