My company is looking to print important menus. So we looked into Vistaprint because their prices are cheap. We decide to order their business kit to see if their products were right for us. It was suppose to arrive in three weeks, which if I'm being honest, what the hell. The order confirmation came with no tracking other than their own vague tracking. So we wait the three weeks and guess what, it doesn't arrive. I check the order and it shows as completed, but never delivered. So I contact customer service and see if I can get a replacement sent overnight. And they got me the replacement, but no express shipping. Guess what time frame is on the replacement? ANOTHER WHOLE THREE WEEKS! Holy moly, it's like they're shipping from China or Russia. China can get something shipped to you in 9-11 days. Add to that the first CS rep I spoke to sounded like she wanted to get rid of me ASAP, mind you I was not mad and very cordial. The second CS rep was amazing.

Tldr: Vistaprint takes 3 weeks to send my samples. And they lost them, and now they're sending me a replacement in another 3 weeks! And will probably lose them again. They're shipping with horse and wagon, I'm guessing.
