Hi @전종식 ,
Thank you for sending us your concern.
You can manage licenses by assigning them directly to end users through the Visual Studio Subscription Portal.
From the end user side, they only need to sign in with their assigned account to start using the service. This also enables additional benefits such as settings synchronization and seamless team collaboration. For these reasons, we strongly recommend this method.
This is the recommended approach, as it allows administrators to assign and manage all licenses from a single location, making ongoing management much simpler. You can read this article for more details.
Alternatively, you can use a product key. To do this, sign in to the Visual Studio Subscription Portal and claim the key from the Product Keys tab.
If you encounter any issues with claiming a product key or accessing your subscription, you can contact Visual Studio Subscription Support here: https://visualstudio.microsoft.com/subscriptions/support/#talktous
Please select your country to view the available support options.
Once you have the product key, you can share it with the end user and instruct them on how to manually activate the license.
I hope this helps address your concern. If you have any further questions, feel free to let us know, we’re happy to help.

To manage and assign the licenses for Visual Studio 2026 Professional that you purchased, you will typically need to follow these steps:
- Obtain License Keys: If you have not received the license keys, you should contact SoftwareONE Korea or your Microsoft representative to obtain them. License keys are essential for activating the software on the end users' machines.
- Distribute the License Keys: Once you have the license keys, you can distribute them to the end users. Make sure to provide instructions on how to enter the keys during the installation process.
- Installation Process: Users will need to install Visual Studio on their machines. The installation can be done using the Visual Studio Installer, where they will enter the provided license key when prompted.
- License Management: For ongoing management of the licenses, consider using the Visual Studio subscription management tools available in the Microsoft portal. This will allow you to track which licenses are assigned to which users and manage any changes in your organization.
- Support: If you encounter any issues during the installation or license assignment, you can refer to the troubleshooting resources provided by Microsoft or contact their support for assistance.
By following these steps, you should be able to effectively allocate and manage the Visual Studio licenses within your organization.
