Has anyone ever purchased tickets from Vivid Seats? When do they normally send out the tickets?
How do people afford to go to Cowboys games?
I could be wrong, I'd be interested to hear from people on this sub who go under different circumstances. But to me, it seems like the people who attend fall into one of three categories:
-
wealthy people who can just plain afford to go
-
people who save up a long time to go to a few games per year.
-
people who get tickets from outside sources, like work, friends who have tickets, local contests, etc
Like I said, I could be wrong. But given the price of tickets I can't see how a normal everyday fan can afford to go to more than a game or two a year.
More on reddit.comSo I purchased tickets to the Cowboys game at MetLife in December. It will be my first ever Cowboys game since my buddies are I are not even from the US. We're driving down from Canada. Everything is booked and purchased already, including the tickets. We went with Vivid Seats because whilst the reviews are mixed, they seem legit. We bought tickets in the lower bowl since we do not get the opportunity to go to NFL games much, and they were purchased back in August. From what I remember, they were from a seller with a little checkmark next to him, meaning he is a super seller (even though I can't seem to find it anywhere anymore)
I know that it says that they are guaranteed to be delivered electronically by the 18th (the day before), but I obviously would like to receive the tickets before we leave for New York. Does the NFL not release all tickets at the beginning of the season? It has been 6 weeks since the season started and I would think that they would have sent out all tickets by now, but I have no idea. Worst case, if for some reason I don't receive anything, so be it, I just wished that the guaranteed date wasn't literally the day before so we would have time to purchase something else.
