is Vizio still a good TV ?

I always liked Vizio tv’s going back 20 years or so. We’ve had this one for a couple of years and it was fine at first. I don’t think they do “smart” very well. Every time they do a software or firmware update it gets worse. Takes forever to change channels on watch free and when I turn it on I get to look at a spinning wheel. I have to go out of that to something else sometimes more than once for it to work. Sounds like there are other people having the same issues so I doubt it’s just this model. More on reddit.com

i was looking up online and i didnt know until after i got it that this is an old model, the new model being the v series

is this still a good tv? and what should i be aware of with it being an older tv model?

I have a 43 inch D series, great picture, good tv but the Smartcast sucks on it. Have to reboot it every once in a while to get it to work.

I bought a D series about two months ago. It died about 2 days after my return window. The actual panel was nice for the month it lasted, though
