I just downloaded it for the 1st time -- andoq and behold, I get an error message -- a 'generic error message' that states you cannot complete this process and to contact plan administrator -- and I'm just trying to create an account. I can't believe you would put out such an unstable app and not send feedback to those trying to use it.

I got that when I was selling. Had to call them. Got through to a rep in a couple minutes

Literally was going to post about this yesterday. I set up my account online, then when I tried to login to the app it said my username/password that I had just made was not recognized 😒

been having issue with walmart online and the phone app.. everything is taking forever to load and always end up with error message saying "we are having technical issue".. is everyone having the same issue?

OPD associate here. There is a global issue going on with the site/app. At my store we are still putting out orders. If u are unsure about if your order is avaliable call the store they should be able to tell u the status (literally saw my tl do this just before clocking out). As for missing items u should still be able to call 1800WALMART, and they'll refund the item.

Is anybody else having issues with the Walmart app? I don't write out shopping lists anymore, I add all my stuff to the cart and use that as my list. When I go to my cart, it says this. I've deleted and redownloaded the app, cleared the cache, checked for updates...and nothing is working. I cannot go into Walmart without a list. I'll leave with everything I don't need and nothing that I do actually need.
