As long as the items say "sold and shipped by Walmart" it'll work. Discount wont work on 3rd party or anything that says "fulfilled by Walmart".

E vouchers as in digital gift cards? A scannable barcode with 16 digits? No those are considered gift cards and cannot be used to buy gift cards. The simple won't allow it.

I think they have change the code validation on bank/CC number so if CC is already used you can't apply the code on new account. This is my though but I could be wrong.
