Walmart Purchase History search not working, neither in app or on website?
Walmart grocery order never arrived, but was marked as delivered. I'm panicking as it was $150 worth of food.
I've ordered grocery twice, and this has happened to me twice.
First time I was as afraid as you are. Received a mail saying that my order was delivered, but there was nothing. Called customer support (this was last month) and they refunded me the entire amount. An hour later, I checked my front door and it was delivered. Contacted Walmart Support again asking how can I pay the amount back and they said there's nothing they could do. I could keep my money and the products.
2nd time, I received the same mail saying that the order was delivered, but I waited for 2 hours before contacting them again. And it was actually delivery 1.5 hours after the delivery mail was sent to me.
So yeah, I guess these drivers send the delivery mail in order to not get fired by Walmart for delivering the groceries late.

Hey there fellow Walmartians (?)
I use the Walmart app to pay at checkout, so it has all my purchase history. However the search function doesn't work. Example, I'll search for "milk" that I purchased but nothing shows up, neither within the app on my phone nor on the Walmart website.
Any ideas? Known issue?

I can't reach Customer Service (online delays) and I don't have a number to call. Has anyone else experienced this? I'm super anxious, this was supposed to be my food for the next month and a half.
The concierge in the lobby of my apartment said that no one came during the marked delivery time, and he was here the whole evening.
ETA: I've had groceries delivered once before with no issues, and I did check the neighbouring condos.
Edit as of 3 pm Saturday: called them last night, someone picked up at 11 then immediately hung up, sending me straight to the feedback survery.
I put in another order to arrive this afternoon, and I'm calling them now and contacted them on FB messenger to see if I can get a refund. I did pay by credit card, so worst case I'll initiate a charge dispute. Thank you so much everyone!!
Final edit as of 3:37: they just sent me an email saying that I'm getting a refund! They just asked me on FB messenger about my name and billing address, then 10 min later I got the refund email. Thanks again everyone who commented!!

Oh I have a number you can call. They’re actually pretty good about giving refunds. I’ve ordered from them almost every two weeks the past four years. I’ve only had major issues twice. Every time I’ve called I’ve gotten a refund. The number is: 18003280402
