OPD associate here. There is a global issue going on with the site/app. At my store we are still putting out orders. If u are unsure about if your order is avaliable call the store they should be able to tell u the status (literally saw my tl do this just before clocking out). As for missing items u should still be able to call 1800WALMART, and they'll refund the item. More on reddit.com

For any online commerce, regardless of the quality of the company or their website, keep tabs on everything you can. Confirmation emails and card statements are a start. See if you can get shipping info directly from the shipping company (I'm looking right at you, Amazon. Let me track my darn package properly!), And there are a few really good tracking apps for these sorts of things. No website or company is perfect - there will be errors that occur, and the best you can do is try to keep track of everything. These are some of the things I use to keep track of everything I order. If your order is showing a grocery bag (which it is), then someone will pick up your order from the store and deliver it. Like doordash. Otherwise, it'll get shipped.

Considering it is the grocery delivery service that is bringing the consoles with the bag, it'll likely not start preparing until the morning of June 5th. They don't mark the order as preparing for groceries until they start picking them up to hand to the driver.
