I believe each store has a designated parking spot number for Customer Service. Just go to Customer Service and ask them about picking up your order without a car, they’ll probably say “select parking spot 25 and wait here, they’ll come to customer service”. So I've been getting groceries for my mom recently and whenever she lists me as an alternate pickup person I don't see the order on my app on my phone. I've just been taking her phone to do it. How do I pick it up? Do I call the store or does she check on the app for me on her phone and I send her where I parked?

Just call the number on the parking spot, and tell them your name, car color, and parking spot. DO NOT call the main store line as pickup always uses a cell phone to check people in and it is not connected to the store phone.
