I am about to get offer from Data Engineer 3 role at Walmart Global Tech Bengaluru.

I am not sure how much expection should be made. I told HR already to keep the fixed part within range of 20-25 LPA and rest variable can be added accordingly.

I have 3.9 YOE in this role and already good in most of the usual tech stack.

From Ambition Box I see somewhere average to be 25 LPA something, but I feel the HR is going to lowball since they emphasized more on being a product company and good learning environment. I bought that pitch but still unsure about the package overall.

Please guide me. I already have an over of 19 LPA fixed + 2 LPA Performance bonus.
