Has anyone ever bought and used this gaming desk? If so, is it good? I can’t find any reviews on it on YouTube
What gaming desk does everyone use?
Can anyone recommend me some good gaming desks in the 100-150$ price range
Service Desk Tips?
The most important tip I can have, is to make your own decisions but if you ever unsure about ANYTHING for whatever reason always ask either a more experienced service desk coworker or a csm, especially on very important things like high dollar returns/money transfers. If you ever notice something suspicious in money transfers(such as the customer is a crackhead with no job picking up 500 bucks from the same person every 5 days) click the little "emsr" button on the top corner and moneygram will investigate it. Of course, be vigilant. ALWAYS check serial numbers on any electronic item even if it appears to be totally unaltered, some samsung tv we received looked like complete original packaging and professionally taped but inside was an lg tv! And remember the big policies:
No receipt returns for food MUST be exchanged for food
Diapers and formula MUST be exchanged for other diapers and formula, zero exceptions
Any opened media can only be exchanged for the EXACT SAME one and needs a receipt, even if they have the receipt and its been opened we cannot do a refund- tell the customer its a "copyright law"
Blood test items and breast pumps cannot be returned.
Aside from that, there should be some smaller ones, and I cant stress enough: ask if you are unsure and always stay vigilant. I know it can get crazy busy up there but never think you have to rush, especially if you are uncomfortable
Aside from that welcome and congratulations! Within no time you will become basically a mini CSM, I always think of customer service as the transition between cashiering and being a CSM, you will have a lot more responsibility and authority to make your own decisions.
Good luck! I am sure you will collect a library full of stories by the end of the pay period
