Mainstream retailers that carry Big & Tall?

What the fuck happened to the Men's Clothing section at Walmart?
Men's Fashion at Walmart
As the title says. I'm a big, big guy, and I often find the "big and tall" selection at various places ends worlds below what I need. I'm about 5'7", 350 or so. Shirts aren't as bad to find, but pants certainly are. I've recently orders some pants from King Size Direct, but I'm terrified of what I'll actually get. We had two fantastic B&T stores in town for years, but they both closed.
My husband has the hardest time shopping for clothes. We've had some luck with department stores like JCPenny and Kohl's - mostly online though which makes it difficult to know if things will fit. His birthdays coming up and I'd love to give him clothes that make him feel as sexy as I see him. He loves clothes that are light and cool (100% cotton, rayon/bamboo, modal) and ranges from a 2XL-4XL depending on the size. Comfort and practicality always come first, which is why a lot of the stuff at DXL is way too sharp for everyday (and WAY too pricey tbh). He loves graphic tees but they're usually made with polyester which he hates. I'd just love to find him a good haul of things he can wear at work and date nights. Thought about something like Stitch Fix to help develop his style too but that also seems a bit expensive, but I'm considering it. Any suggestions where to start?
Lowkey haven't had to buy clothes in ages. Finally said screw it and went after work to get some. I needed a few piece of shit shirts, 2 pairs of shorts, and a bag of socks. Naturally - I went to walmart; the easiest, most plain, and basic place to get clothing.
Socks? No problem. Got them. An aisle of 30 shelves with 20 different types, sizes, brands, and colours of socks.
Walked through the jungle of the women's clothing section and got to the men's clothing section.
My options were jeans, boxers, pyjamas, tanktops, sweatpants, khakis, or jeans again. Or one shirt that says Bazinga in 4 different sizes. Go around the corner and you're in the child's department. Turn around, walk back, and now you're looking at belts.
