Does anyone know how to speak to a real person about a Walmart order? I received the wrong version of what I ordered but if I try to get them to replace it I feel like they're just gonna send the same thing again.
Whenever I call customer service it just takes me through an automated system which isn't helpful. I'm an associate so I know if I try to call the store they won't know how to help me.

Does anyone have recommendations on how to reach customer service for online orders? The option to receive a code by a landline telephone, in order to confirm your identity, is no longer available.
If you have entered a landline number, you are essentially locked out of your account because landline numbers do not allow text messages.
Is it possible to speak with a human for assistance or to restore the code by landline telephone option? Thanks!

I discovered this very same thing today! I called customer service twice and finally spoke with a supervisor who was really confused. I ordered something on the site 3 days ago with no problems. I tried to order something today and there was no way around it -- they want a cell number. The supervisor said she would write up the issue and expedite an answer -- but I fear they will do nothing about it. I will use that link for feedback to walmart -- maybe they could give us a grandfather clause!
