So I've been getting groceries for my mom recently and whenever she lists me as an alternate pickup person I don't see the order on my app on my phone. I've just been taking her phone to do it. How do I pick it up? Do I call the store or does she check on the app for me on her phone and I send her where I parked?

Just call the number on the parking spot, and tell them your name, car color, and parking spot. DO NOT call the main store line as pickup always uses a cell phone to check people in and it is not connected to the store phone.

Hey everyone, I placed a Walmart order for curbside pickup without realizing it’s designed for people with cars. I don’t have a car but still want to pick up my order. Has anyone been in a similar situation? What’s the best way to handle this?
Should I just head to the pickup area and let them know I’m on foot? Will they still bring my order out, or should I go inside and explain the situation?
Any advice would be appreciated! Thanks!
