Last night I worked with a CSM I hadn't worked with for a while. She was like "oh, I heard a rumor you quit". I was like "WHATTTT?" and she said "yeah, about something that happened with a customer on Xmas Eve". I was like no, I'd never quit over a customer (maybe if they attacked me or followed me home or something, but not from anything they would say in the store) I let that roll off my back, and i don't get many rude customers or customer complaints at all anyway.
So just wondering what kind of other rumors go around stores. I'll be honest I don't hear too many at mine. The few their might be are actually pretty open (we have a teen boy transitioning into a teen girl but she's very open about it, so no rumors).
