Thoughts on Walmart Black Friday Roku Smart TV 4 Series 55S20?
This is a Black Friday model. I doubt you'll get any professional review.
More on reddit.comNightmare experience: Got a cheap $250 55 inch TCL TV from Walmart back in December of 2019. In August of 2023 the backlights went out, got replacement LEDs from Amazon and replaced the backlights. Just a few days ago the backlights went out again, just 2 years later. I need to buy a TV for my 85 yr old mom. I'm in Australia and she is in Canada, so I need to buy it online and sent to her house.
It needs to be 40"- 43" at most, no larger, and under hopefully under $600.

I want to get a cheap TV to watch Netflix/Amazon Prime on.. Walmart has this listed for $148 on Black Friday. Wondering what the sentiment is for this? You get what you pay for.. not sure if I can trust any reviews yet.
