I believe it was on Oxford street but I was very young at the time , I remember inside they sold things like Wizard of oz merchandise , Tom & Jerry stuff. They also had a Marvin the Martian spaceship you could go In. I must be nuts as not many people remember it.

I placed an order without checking their abysmal Trustpilot rating. It's been 5 days and no dispatch email. Has anyone had a recent experience ordering from them?

Recently placed 2 orders with Warner Bros Shop UK. 1 for shawshank redemption film vault pre order and a second for apollo 13 film vault Steelbook.

Shawshank pre order was cancelled about 3 weeks after placing, claiming no stock. Obviously this was too late to buy from elsewhere cause they cancelled my order way after all other vendors had sold out.

Second order was worse. Apollo 13 sat in "order placed" for months. The release window came and went, I contacted them to ask for dispatch date, no reply. I contacted again 3 days later, no reply. Then today I get an auto generated email to say its been cancelled. Again no stock elsewhere.

Terrible stock management, even worse customer service - do yourself a favour and avoid!
