So I've been with cricket 10 plus years and the past 6 months I've had nothing but issues!! I pay for unlimited service and past 6 months I've been having issues where phone goes to SOS or straight NO INTERNET CONNECTION!!! I've walked n there office and got no where every time I go to get help as to what's going on with my phone and excuse after excuse!!! I've called customer service technician support n that's a joke they don't do anything to help!!
I have upgraded my phone and they said that will fix the problem!! Well it hasn't fixed anything!!!
We pay all this money for service but let them be the cause of our phone not working and THEYRE NOT ACCOUNTABLE FOR NOTHING

I have a 5 month old Samsung phone I directly purchased with Cricket with Cricket Protect. No issues until it failed internally (no external damage). I have called Cricket customer service 9 separate times, and i am either re-routed to multiple operators then dropped, or if I leave my callback number for service, they NEVER have called back (3 separate times). Any helpful suggestions?
I got my phone from cricket about 2 years ago and have been paying monthly for a warranty (already a huge mistake) well my phone has been having issues and just today my phone charger overheated and burnt the charging port of my phone. So I either need to get this fixed or get a new phone entirely. I called in to my cricket store and found out the warranty process goes through another company which I'm upset about cause they never told me that when I signed up for it, but I just wanted to know how long it'll take and if it is worth it
