You'd think this would be fairly simple, but I have been through a few sets of solar walkway lights and they've let me down. They're so cheaply made that they only hold up a couple of seasons. I live in New England, but I take the lights in for the winter so the snow doesn't damage them.

Does anyone have any brands they've used that they like? I don't want plastic. Looking for metal and glass. Also, I don't want cheap plastic spikes to hold the lamp into the ground; I want metal ones.

I'd even entertain more permanent, wired ones if someone has a solid recommendation. We can do an electric hookup out there if we have to. Thanks in advance!
