I didn’t have an up to date browser and it said the same thing. I clicked log in a second time with the same password inputted, and it let me in. Now I’ve updated my browser and the site is still sort of glitchy here and there. Not sure if it’s me or the updates they’ve made.

From my understanding it’s just whatever you’ve provided. The store level can’t see your issues they can just add your profile on so that orders get sent to the right shipping address/they can call you about your order arriving. They could look up the purchases you’ve made at that location

depends on your employee level of access. Concierge can see more than those at the store level. I don't know how much I'm allowed to share, but we can see your past orders if you need help finding a size, your first (and last name with email if provided). we can see other things but I don't want to be specific and get in trouble.
