Creeks and streams may rise out of their banks. Low water crossings may become flooded. Flooding may occur in poor drainage and urban areas. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - A series of atmospheric rivers will result in multiple rounds of moderate to heavy rainfall this week across the Bay Area and Central Coast.
