I am trying to install LED strip that is weatherproof and can stay all year long.
i want it to be low-key so that it is not noticeable as my HOA creates fuss about it.

Hello! So I have a food truck and i recently installed some WS2811 "Waterproof" Cob LEDs (24v) inside an aluminum channel. Every corner is cut and soldered then waterproofed with exterior clear silicone sealant. The lights work perfectly fine up until it's exposed to water, then they start acting up. What can i do to waterproof them even more? I feel like I'm missing something but I've done quite alot to waterproof them. The controllers are located inside with the power source.

Have you ever checked out WS2811 LEDs? They are addressable like pixels, and dipped so they are waterproof, as far as I know. I love working with them They are bigger than they look in the pic, like finger sized
