I usually look for a bootstrap template. This way avoids me hours of tedious html/css programming. I still need to personalize some things though. I usually look for templates at https://wrapbootstrap.com/ and also found a nice theme for my blog ( http://django.zone/ ) at http://shapebootstrap.net/ . For the admin part I'm developing a package for bootstrap theming and some stuff that looks like this (default theme): http://i.imgur.com/lxYNjFS.png or this (bootstrap dashboard): http://i.imgur.com/FZ83s4l.png .
