When I navigate to www.facebook.com then facebook detects android and redirects to m.facebook.com. If I enable desktop mode then m.facebook.com is switched to desktop mode but www.facebook.com is still on mobile mode. There is no way to switch. Is there solution this facebook trickery?

Not that I know of. There might be an add-on that helps though? I've pretty much abandoned FB, but if I have to log on, I use mbasic.facebook.com.

Open a new tab (or use the home button), dismiss the keyboard to show the 3 dot menu and select 'desktop site' before loading the page.

Hello all. Please let me know if and how I can do this.
Marketplace is screwed up on desktop and not letting me choose a subcategory making all my listings useless. E.g. Laptops get lost under electronics.
The subcategories to choose from only show on mobile. I need this feature accessible on desktop.

Go to developer mode then click toggle device emulation. or press Ctrl+Shift+M (Edge browser). This will make your browser mobile/phone mode.
