I’ve found some great dresses at Nordstrom Rack and T. J. Maxx. You need to dig and might need to go several times, but they often have great options for great prices. You can try them on which is a huge plus (and bring your heels with you). I’m not a huge fan of Zara in general, but I’ve seen some cute wedding guest options in store. IMO sizing is all over the place so beware! Also highly recommended borrowing from friends if you’re trying to save in costs and it’s an option for you! More on reddit.com
