Let’s talk wedding guest dresses. Does anyone else have tons of wedding invites coming up? We have 4 weddings between November and February 2023 and I want to use this as an opportunity to get something new and special… but nothing is ringing my bell just yet! Has anyone found something great lately?

Attire: Luckily, all of the weddings have similar vibes/dress codes, and if you’ve been to Midwest weddings you know it tends to be an “anything goes” atmosphere. All are in the evening so I’m aiming for a semi formal or cocktail look. My SO will be wearing a slate blue suit.

Weather: I’m in the lower Midwest and our weather is all over the place. During this time period we average in the 40s. I want to be able to dance and enjoy myself so no thick materials, but I’m obviously not going to wear a sundress.

Budget: I have some wiggle room but I’d like to stay under $250.

Style: I’m a size 16 with a large chest. I’m tall, and have been veering towards midi or knee length styles lately because it’s more comfortable. I’m open to jumpsuits but my height is always an issue with finding one that works.
