I have lost 37% of my starting weight 242, now at 151 but I've changed what, how and when I eat, as well as incorporated exercise into my daily routine. I went from morbidly obese to normal weight with my BMI. It depends on changes you make, listening to your body and working with your doctor. I have been on Wegovy for 16 months. More on reddit.com
