HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE. My Mid-Century dining table developed ugly bubbles on the top that seem to be glue leaching out of a seam. I've had it a little over a year, but since it is more than a year old their service people refuse to repair or replace it. The table looks nice, but is clearly very poorly made. Yes, they are as bad as their couches. Source: I own a couch and table both from West Elm that are awful. Both need to be replaced after 5 years as they look like garbage.

I've been looking for end tables and fell in love with the "Parker Side Table" from West Elm. I've never purchased from them before, and was about to pull the trigger when I read reviews and threads on here about how hated West Elm is. Would you take the risk and buy them or wait to find something similar somewhere else? The tables are described as "Contract Grade," not sure if that helps with quality concerns?
