Ive heard from a WGU employee that the Masters Software Engineering degree is likely coming out later this year and then the Masters Computer Science might be next year. Both have been in development for years but it seems they are finally getting closer.

I did not start my MS CS at a different University because of the announcement, and I really like the competency based model of WGU. However, I can't keep waiting forever, specially when they are not providing any update. Could you please share any information you may have a bout this? Would you recommend to continue waiting? or move forward with a different university?
