I measured my head out of curiosity mainly because of the inconsistency of hat sizes. Use to be able to wear a 7 5/8 and it would be loose on me.
Recommend hat size for 23 inches is 7 3/8 or 7 1/2. Those sizes don't fit me though anymore they are tight only thing that fits are 7 3/4. Are hated size inconsistencies that bad?
